"Overall I am pleased with the school and would like to keep my son enrolled until kindergarten. I also plan on enrolling my newborn. However, I am concerned about the how hot the current preschool playground is, future plans to reduce the outdoor space and lack out outside timefor infants."

Lastly, I am happy that whenever anything happens with our daughter the director will call us directly."

"Teachers and staff are all wonderful and make our son feel very special. I love that he is actively engaging and learning with his peers throughout the day, whether it's doing art, listening to music or learning colors and shapes. I can rest assured throughout my day that he is being loved and cared for while learning new things. Parenting isn't easy, but his teachers make it more manageable. I appreciate especially when they take the time to explain an incident and what we can do at home to be consistent with how things are being handled at school. One criticism I have is sometimes in the early mornings, while children are still arriving and teachers are prepping for the day, sometimes the morning teachers aren't as friendly or happy to see the kids as I would like to see (maybe they haven't had their coffee yet). The energy is sometimes really low and I can tell that's when my little one seems lost or worried to see me go. When I signed up with Childtime, one of the things I liked so much was that they were supposedly greeted with a hug each day, and that doesn't happen ever. It's hard for us parents to leave sometimes, and nothing feels better than knowing they are comfortable and happy. Also, it would be nice if there were more consistency with pictures, like 1/day. Sometimes we get up to 3/day and then not again for days and days at a time. Those are truly the highlight of my workday! I realize the teachers are very busy and very much appreciate all they do.
