"School has done a great job hanging in there though the Covid crisis. Things are improving as far as number of teachers and communication. However communication is still lacking."

"Our daughter has learned so much at this school. She has been attending since she was 4 months old. The things she learns amazes me. She will break out into a new song, talk about something I've never shown her, exhibit good manners and has learned how to count and recite her ABCs. I feel like she is much more advanced then other kids her age we know that are not attending any daycare. She looks forward to attending school and talks about her day and interactions with her friends and teachers on the way home every day."

"The teachers do a great job with teaching letters. My daughter recognizes more letters and is excited to write letters. I also enjoy that they give jobs to the kids. I do feel the nap time is too long for the PreK and JK classes. I am very disappointed that my child is told to lie there the entire time and not able to do a quiet activity when they don’t nap. My daughter says that the class doesn’t do much with numbers or counting. I am disappointed that I haven’t heard of the teachers counting one on one with the children. I haven’t been told if there are any themes that the classes do. Our last preschool would spend a few weeks focusing on things like community helpers, weather, ocean animals, etc. I liked that this gave something for me to talk to my child about that continued the education outside of school. There is more screen-time than I would prefer. A full movie and videos of someone reading a book are shown. As a parent it looks lazy of the staff."

"When we first enrolled the kids the experience was awesome until management changed. Teachers were either fired or started quitting. Teachers in the kids classroom were changed almost every three months. There is no consistency in their classroom.Both my kids in the beginning were very excited to go to school in the mornings but now both cry when I drop them off and it takes me at least 10 minutes to calm them enough so that I can leave for work."

"First, let me say that the teachers in my child's classes are great. I wish I could say the same for others as we've had many friends leave Childtime due to the incompetence and poor attitude of other teachers. Secondly, the way the change in director was handle was a disgrace and corporate should be nothing but embarrassed. Many families are leaving Childtime because of this and its reputation will suffer. I still have yet to me the new director so I can't comment on them which is an issue. It's very sad to see Childtime take such a bad turn so quickly."
