"Past two years have been challenging and it has shown. Teachers have in general been wonderful and that has helped a lot.Director leaving without notice and taking several teachers with him was a shock. Temporary director has done a very poor job communicating during the admittedly challenging times.I still feel like a lot of the front office staff just ignores me when I come in, this used to be a very different experience before."

"I always loved sending my son to Childtime as I used to get updates daily, receive videos and pictures daily. My child used to learn a lot and get crafts almost daily now he hardly gets one. Not even once a week. The previous director Dr Harris used to promptly take actions on any queries and concerns we had. We used to get updated time to time about the center. My child used to be always happy and excited to go daycare but now he is quite reluctant and not that happy. We are totally aware that there has been lot of changes in the daycare due to teachers leaving,etc. but it’s been quite many months now. Would really appreciate if the quality of the center does not degrade and it maintains the same level of quality that the Childtime has had before"

"I was very happy with the school and the quality of teachers. I thought most were very caring and really cared about my child's learning experience. The almost complete turnover of staff led to my choices in most answers. I simply don't know yet. A new teacher was hired but maybe not a permanent one as she was only there half the day. And now a month later there is another new teacher. Having a consistent teacher and a consistent learning routine would be great. Last fall and into January/early February, he was working on a lot of letters, writing, stories, active play, and lesson plans were communicated. There is no communication on what is being worked on now."

"All the staff seem friendly and caring towards the children. It’s always a pleasure to see the teachers get on the floor and interact with the children (reading, playing during tummy time, exercising activities to promote physical development). Being a teacher in an infant classroom can become quite chaotic due to all the physical, social, emotional needs they require. Despite all the challenges, the teachers have always demonstrated patience when working with all the babies. The staff in the infant classroom possess the necessary qualifications to provide top-notch childcare to every child. I give Childtime (Huntersville) my highest recommendation."
