"The school has a decent program, which unfortunately has slowly been declining due to turnover. The classrooms could use some improvement, by adding a bit of color and a basic coat of paint. Childtime offers the Brightwheel and Watch Me Grow App which really helps you stay connected with the teachers, staff and allows you to monitor your children's daily activities and interaction. The program often invites special guests, like local heroes and musicians to provide presentations for the children to see and learn. The program has numerous extra curricular activities, which keep the children active and entertained. The downside, sometimes the classrooms seem chaotic and unstructured, which does not provide a great environment for learning. But I would mainly blame these situations on manning issues, which the program is striving to correct."

"My child is comfortable here but the cleanliness of the school is a concern for my and other children’s health. The tuition is supposed to go toward cleaning I’m sure, but the place is NEVER deep cleaned. So should we be reimbursed? I’ve offered to help. The lack of Direction and Leadership is a huge problem as well. And the teacher turnover is high which is nerve wrecking to the children. If i could help you all do better I would give myself indeed! "My son had a great time. Hes pretty much an only child. We wanted him to develop social skills and get accustomed to the routines of school. His Childtime teachers helped us achieve that. I think my son is prepared for PreK thanks to Childtime"

"The cleanliness of the school and the nurturing environment of the staff is what I enjoy most. Everyone is friendly and respectful and my child has truly evolved since being enrolled. I feel that he is safe and learning and exceeding my expectations daily. I have had a great experience at this facility with the exception of communication with a few staff members. I am thoroughly pleased with my sons teachers however with the changes and turnover that have taken place since he has been enrolled I haven’t had the best experience with one or two. Communication is poor when it comes down to the materials we are asked to provide ie diapers, wipes, pull ups. With the amount we pay in tuition and the technology that is available it is my expectation that everyone is clear and concise regarding my child’s preparedness. There is also the issue of items of clothing and nap time going missing when everything is labeled as requested. These things may seem minuscule but they need improvement."

My son had difficulty with the transition and got no compassion or love from the teachers. He has yet to open the math book or journal sent from his other Childtime. His only educational experience at this location is weekly sight words."
