"The beginning was difficult. My daughter was in a leg harness for hip dysplasia, and the school categorized that as a disability, so we have to fill out a package to be reviewed by the inclusion/disability compliant team. It took three months to get an answer. I had to take her out of the harness so she could attend school because I had to go to work. The school director had to call and email repeatedly, and was eventually told that if no answer is given then the package is not needed. It was absurd to call it a disability and then the amount of time it took to confirm her was ridiculous."

"The newest director is great and if it wasn't for their leadership, I think I would have tried another place. Another thing that separates Childtime from other good centers is the cameras to watch your kids during the day. It's so nice especially now that we cannot visit or access our kids classroom. "My child had an awful experience with another child care provider and I almost lost total faith in leaving my child in the care of anyone else. I looked online and was drawn to Childcare. After meeting the assistant director I was willing to try once more. I have not regretted it one bit. The 2’s teachers have been Amat with my child. They understood his past experience and through love, compassion and empathy earned his and my trust. They communicated with me all the time which set my mind at ease. The assistant director consistently shows love and teachers positive words to help with his speech delay. The director is effective and conscience which I applaud "

"I love this school! My son has a speech delay, and while he still isn't talking yet, he's learning so much and interacting more with kids and adults. I can tell his teachers genuinely care about him, because it took him almost a month to stop crying when I would drop him off, and everyday they would just comfort him and help him get through his feelings. Their response with COVID-19 and any other random illnesses that come into the school has been fantastic, and it is very relieving to know they all keep safety in mind at all times. I couldn't be more happy that I found this school for my boy!"

"We have been at the school for three year and it started off as an amazing experience. As time went on and the continuous changeover of directors continued, the quality has rapidly deteriorated. If you are only looking for childcare this is a great choice. It is a safe, clean, and overall warm and positive environment. The teachers are amazing with the kids. Honestly its a decent school but there are much better options in the area for early education if you want your children prepared to attend actual school. The prices for those other schools are comparable and worth the slight increase if applicable."
