"Everyone is extremely friendly. Each teacher makes sure to say hello to me and my children every day. My kids love going there and Jodi is amazing and makes everyone feel comfortable. My twins had never been to a program like this before so the first few weeks drop off were a little rough. Their teacher made sure to walk over to them every morning and say hello and welcome them in personally so they would feel better. She is amazing with them!"

"Our experience has always been amazing with Jodi and our child's teachers. They are incredibly warm. supportive, and open to our questions and concerns. Our child looks forward to coming to Childtime and talks to us about experiences with teachers and peers. Each day we are thankful that we can leave our child with these people. Our greatest concern in Nancy. She is unapproachable and often rude to us as parents in her greetings or the way she responds to questions, typically making us feel wrong and stupid. We have witnessed her yelling and reprimanding the children in a remarkably rude and hostile manner on several occasions. Truthfully, we do our best to avoid her as much as possible. If Nancy was the primary caregiver for our child, we would pull him from the program."

"I was not very satisfied with the tour. I felt a little rushed by the assistant director, she seemed very stressed out. I did arrive early for the tour, but I offered to wait until she was ready for us. She expressed that they did not have enough teachers at the time, and were looking to bring in more. I'm not comfortable with starting my child at a school where the teacher turnover is high, and the person he bonds with first won't continue to be his teacher. It also seemed like a stressful environment for my son."
