"Generally very positive! We are in Lizelle's classroom and we absolutely love her. Some of the other teachers that are in the toddler 1's room can come across as kind of blah at dropoff and pickup, and sometimes appear to not be very engaged with the kids. Sometimes also, I've noticed discipline in the toddler 1's being developmentally inappropriate for example asking toddlers to share or apologize when that isn't something they're able to understand at that age, or an afterthought without follow-through. I've seen teachers lazily ask a child to stop a behavior but not do anything when they don't stop, including a child coming up to me and hitting me! I don't think these are huge deals, but it'd be nice to see some more developmentally appropriate and purposeful behavior management from teachers in the toddler 1's, like a teacher stopping what they're doing, coming over, and using age-appropriate explanations and distractions to disrupt the behavior."

"Overall my general experience is pleased. The teachers and director are friendly. They’ve been working with us on potty training and have really focused on taking our toddler to the bathroom very regularly. What we struggle with is not having the same teacher in the afternoon that was there that morning. Questions can’t be answered."

The facility is safe, clean, and welcoming and Jodi is always so willing to listen to parents and work with us."

"I really enjoy this daycare and I know my daughter does as well. I love the app and the updates and the teachers I have worked with so far have been great and caring. Since my daughter is here most of the day I would love to know more about the activities that she does on a daily basis but I love what I do see. The security can be a little lacking at times. The front door with the security pad doesn't latch properly when the AC is on and swings open for anyone to come in. This normally wouldn't be an issue if someone was at the front desk at all times, but most times when I arrive for pickup the front desk is not staffed. The front door area isn't really maintained either. There is usually trash blown around the area that stays there for a few days."

I love hearing the fun stories about his interactions with the other kids and what he enjoyed that day. It helps me find new activities for him at home and really helps him grow!"

"I have tried a couple different daycares with my two kids and my kids have absolutely despised going. Not that those daycares were bad, because they weren’t. Childtime Gilbert has taken that extra time to get to know my little girl and has gone above and beyond, not only to make me feel comfortable, but my daughter comfortable. Within two weeks, the daughter who was attached at my hip and would throw a FIT if I wasn’t around, turned into the daughter that asked if she could go to school and where her teachers were. I have not seen one thing or had a single incident that didn’t over exceed my expectations. As a mother, I am always torn dropping my kids off with somebody who isn’t me. Even though every day has been painful for me, Childtime Gilbert has made me excited for my daughter knowing the attention she is going to receive, and the things she will learn. This daycare will be the only one that I take my kids to forever. I can’t say thank you enough."
