"The tour was great. The director was lovely. The school seems to be clean and the children all seem to be very happy and involved. I just felt uncomfortable about the above situation. I also didn't love that the changing station was in the middle of the room. I know for safety and monitoring maybe it's the best place. But it seemed strange and possibly embarrassing for 2-3 year olds to have their diaper changed in front of the other children. Okay for babies but this age is too old for that in my opinion."

"From the brochures, we were able to see all of the great things the company could offer our children. The hours of operation were also perfect for our needs. I can't say there was anything that concerned me to the point that I wouldn't feel my children would be safe. Honestly, I think the main thing that made me go another route was that it didn't have the close-knit family feel I was looking for. The other location also had recording video cameras which put me at ease. The director at your facility did well with answering questions I had."

"The staff is amazing, they obviously care about my kids. Joanna, the school director, is outstanding. She is helpful, caring, assertive, and passionate about what she does. She has the right combination of skills to teach children, get them to behave well, build lifelong skills (like nutrition), and still listen to their funny stories on a daily basis. My favorite example is when my children starting asking me if they could have an apple to take home and she of course said yes. My kids love Childtime, the staff, and the director, as do I. Great experience all around."
