"We love Childtime so far. I think it can improve on a few areas. When kids have accidents/blowouts, I wish they told us ahead of pickup. The morning staff should brief the afternoon staff better so they can give updates during parent pickup. I would like to see more hands on teaching with our child. The ratios can be very high during drop off and wish we knew why. I’ve seen 1 to 9 a few times. Sometimes teachers seem too focused with the tablets."

"I really like the staff. I feel everyone is really invested in my child and his progress. As an infant, he interacts with other children and has access to appropriate and diverse toys promoting his development and learning. The facility is clean and the folks who work there, including the director, communicate with us constantly, also sending pictures and updates on his activities. This helps, because my spouse and I both work, so we feel included in his care. The staff speaks genuinely and everyone is allowed to let their personality shine, so interactions have been positive and we really feel the environment is friendly and welcoming. Our child comes home happy and they are invested in helping him develop and meet his milestones, which is important to us. They are also willing to work with special dietary needs, which is great. We provide our own formula as other formulas upset his stomach and this has worked well."
