"Measures have been made to improve activities and projects for the children and I'm pleased to see my children engaging in these activities. I still see teachers checking their smart watches and it bothers me every single time. Some teachers I see are involved with the kids, sit at their level, and dance and sing with them. Others I see sitting in chairs watching the kids watching the screen. I would still love to see more proactivity and prompt notifications. I would like to see pictures relevant to my children of their accomplishments and interests, daily."

"Our experience at this school has been great. We started when our child was only 13 weeks old and they just transitioned to pre-school. Every teacher they have had has been wonderful and very helpful during the transition process. Our director is wonderful and has been an asset navigating though the changing pandemic guidelines and ensuring that staff and children are as safe as possible. All this while maintaining a friendly and welcoming environemnt (even when we can't come inside)."

"Our school underwent a change of director last year and with that a large staff turn over. This was challenging for me (change is always hard) because we were not able to enter the school, so I don't fell I have as good a connection with the new teachers. Our new director has been great and very reassuring through these changes and will always chat with me at pick up. This interaction has really helped me adjust to the new staff and feel comfortable with all the changes."

"We started at childtime in the last couple of days of December of 2019. Due to Covid it has been hard to really know what our kids are doing on a daily bases. While the app does a great job at trying to communicate what the class as a whole is doing I do miss the weekly/daily little tidbits that the teachers use to tell us about our children specifically back at the beginning of 2020."

"Since 2018 we have had an overall positive experience with this school. We especially loved some of the teachers our child has had- Allison, Fari, Nina, Abbey and Padena. We also LOVED Jenelle and were extremely disappointed to learn on a Sunday that as of the following day, she was no longer with ChildTime and we did not have the opportunity to say good-bye. Jenelle is professional, trustworthy, supportive, warm, nurturing and very well-liked by children and parents. Losing Jenelle along with many other good teachers from March through December 2020 is very disheartening and makes us question our decision to keep our child at the school. At this point if our child’s teacher was to leave, we would definitely be speaking with other centers in the area."
