"My overall experience with this school has been poor. Ms. Kendall was amazing and needs to be brought back. When she left, the quality of care dropped and teachers and families both started leaving. Ms. Kaitlin needs to be in charge with Ms. Kendall working with her. Ms. Kaitlin will be nervous at first, yet is able to overcome that with Kendall's help. Kendall is young, but a solid performer. The staff likes her, respects her, will work hard for her and she has the experience at Child Time to set Ms. Kaitlin up for success. In another year or two, Ms. Kendall needs to be in charge or equal to Ms. Kaitlin."

There have been times that I was very close to leaving when a new director was able to make changes. I would say that my outlook of the educational value and teachers were better for my older child."

"Mostly positive - I feel like my son is safe there, and there haven't been any huge issues outside of what one would expect for a daycare, but there is room for improvement, namely in terms of quality of education (I feel like there isn't really any in the infant room), the extent to which teachers seem overloaded oftentimes, the price (given absent features like cameras, updates, and conventionally grown produce), infection control, and occasional seeming safety lapses (I have seen babies crawling on tables in infant room - they eventually got rid of the table but it should have been removed sooner). "When we started four years ago, we loved everything about it. This school year my son didn't have a teacher for at least six months. Teachers would come and go, with no consistency for their education. Some up them did not even speak the English language well. The students and parents alike could not understand them. My son is entering kindergarten in the fall and I do not think that he is prepared, we have been supplementing his education at home."

"Things started out on a very positive note, but I feel like after we had been there for some weeks the effort to put their best foot forward abated. My chief concern is that the teachers often seem overwhelmed and too tired to really interact with my child, who I think often is left to cry or just plopped in a swing. Again, if things are hectic I know he cannot have such personal attention, but even during calm times I think he gets ignored even though he loves interacting with people. At the end of the day I think teachers also leave him alone while they clean the room, so I feel pressure to hurry up and get to the school to pick him up even if I need more time to run errands or do work, because I know he's getting ignored. I really need to leave him there later, but the teachers are just cleaning up the place. I know cleaning needs to be done, but I just wish it was done after all the babies had gone home, or by someone other than a teacher so the teachers could have time to play with my baby. I also really wish there was an organic menu."

"I will share my opinion online by myself.I do not like your school and has not advise any of my friend to send their kids to Childtime. The staff was very unprofessional, uncaring. The schooll was fitly and dirty all the time. Foods were always left in the classrooms, never picked up after the lunch or snack time. When I pick up my kids from play grpund, teachers most often talk to each other in group and so not pay attention to the kids.None of the teachers were friendly or engaging in any conversation regarding my children. My kids were complaining that the teachers are padding them on the back to put them in sleep so hard, their backs were hurting.We enrolled to Windood in the same area. We were very happy, they have done great job."
