"I did not enjoy having to call a general number to schedule the tour. The woman I spoke with was very friendly but talked so much it took a very long time to schedule the tour - ineffective use of time. When I arrived for my tour I had to wait 10 minutes while the director and a staff member made multiple calls to try to locate after school care kids that were by on the bus. It seemed disorganized and inefficient."

"My overall experience with this school has been poor. Ms. Kendall was amazing and needs to be brought back. When she left, the quality of care dropped and teachers and families both started leaving. Ms. Kaitlin needs to be in charge with Ms. Kendall working with her. Ms. Kaitlin will be nervous at first, yet is able to overcome that with Kendall's help. Kendall is young, but a solid performer. The staff likes her, respects her, will work hard for her and she has the experience at Child Time to set Ms. Kaitlin up for success. In another year or two, Ms. Kendall needs to be in charge or equal to Ms. Kaitlin."
