"Overall, we're very satisfied. Our daughter is almost always excited to go to school, and that's our top priority. We also love the updates throughout the day from PreciouStatus. it has done a great job of making sure that we feel in touch with how her day is going. One minor concern: I no longer see the director, ever. The previous director was usually at the front desk, and I would interact with her at least a few days a week. I don't think I've seen the current director since January, at best. I'm not even sure she still works there. I do have consistent contact with the Assistant Director, who is still doing a great job."
"It seems good. Ester and Relma are great. Sometimes the teacher at the end of the day(Sarah?) doesn't always know what is going on. I don't think it is her fault I just think the communication/handoff between the staff needs to be better. Overall our child loves daycare."

"We love Ms. Relma. She is always very welcoming and positive. We can tell our baby has a great day when we pick her up. I really like the new app, and I know it is still relatively new, but hoping for more consistency as everyone adapts to this. Often times a start or end time is missing from a nap. Naps are important to understand as it can help explain night time behavior and sleep patterns, especially if baby is fussy. Overall, we love how our child has been progressing even though she's just a few months old. We can tell the infant room teachers care a lot about the children."
"Love the teachers I meet- ESP excellent in the 1 and 2s. Would like to see more assessment of the 1s and 3s. Only seen an assessment of child at the 2 year level. The directors, assistant directors, director in training have all been excellent. Shame that Angie left as Laura is on maternity leave, but Karen has been great at the responsibilities of director"

"The teachers are warm and caring towards my children--even the teachers who teach older kids and have not had my children know them and me by name and always greet us with smiles and an engaging question for my older child."
"I have had a great experience at the Clifton Childtime daycare facility. Angie has done a great job solidifying the team as it seemed like a revolving door at the director position for a while. Since she's been there it's been a solid positive team that has a great rapport with both the children as well as the parents. I can't say enough good things about how the school is currently operating."
