"I am extremely satisfied with the senior daycare providers however, I did not like how the director spoke to some of the daycare providers. I dropped my daughter off and the director was giving orders to the providers. I understand she oversees the facility but her delivery in speaking to the staff was as if she was above them. I don’t feel that’s acceptable. Additionally, I felt tension in the room. The daycare providers didn’t speak badly about the director as I was in the room, that is why I admired their professionalism however it was evident her delivery was unprofessional."

"I like that he gets to experience being around other children, however, in the last 9 months he has had a viral infection, double ear infection, strep, another ear infection, the stomach virus and the flu. I understand that there are a lot of kids there but I’m not so sure that things in the classroom are being cleaned properly. Before attending daycare the only sickness he had was the stomach virus which came from a kid at church."

"Teachers are great. Director takes forever to give you your financial responsibility and misinformed about attendance policies. Says she will get back to you later that day and more often then not you need to contact her multiple times to get the wrong information. Don't ever ask for a any itemized statements for what you are paying for because she makes excuses as to why she has not given it to you. However the classroom teachers for 2 and under or great"
