"Have had a great experience with childtime centers since California until recently. My child was expelled with no behavioral plan and district manager (who is subbing in for the day since they currently have no director) stated he needs more one on one, he gets overwhelmed easy and because a child got hurt while a teacher was assisting my child in getting his shoes on that he took off. While he was in their care in the twos classroom there was and still is a lot of turnover and no structure. The teachers were not on the same potty training plan when I and the old director spoke with them. Because of all this, my son is still struggling using the potty at school (no issues at home). They told me to buy a potty watch, I bought one. Then come to find out they’re taking it off because he’s playing with it. There were issues getting my sons clothes back. Instead of putting it in his cubby, there would be a pile of soiled clothes of the kids in class by the preschool door and I would have to sort through and try to find my sons. I could go on and on. Stay away.

"The director was so sweet she was one of the determining factors when we chose this location unfortunately she has left hopefully the next one is just as friendly. Overall the staff is very friendly when I drop my son off I know he is in good hands. I also, love that I can watch on my phone while I'm at work."
