"The biggest issue I have had is that the teacher's don't seem to stay long so teachers are always rotating, which causes issues in communication as well as my child having to get used to yet another new teacher."

"Overall, I love the school. I have recommended it to others, one of which has enrolled their child. I have loved both of my son's head teachers. They have both been very interactive, responsive, and have a personal relationship with our family. I love the school environment and being able to check on my son's daily activities. My only concern would be frequent influx of new assistant teachers, making it difficult for me to know who is caring for my son at certain times and ensure that his needs are met on a consistent basis. We have had numerous issues with one assistant teacher in particular, who failed to follow my son's feeding schedule, giving him only one bottle throughout his 8+ hour day. During pick up, she even told us how fussy he had been. When confronted, she denied that he had only been fed once, stating his other feeding must not have gone through on the app even though it was clear only one bottle had been used. The thought of my child crying out of hunger still worries me. On another occassion, she dressed another child in his extra clothing by mistake and it was soiled by that child. She did not believe me when I told her it was my son's clothing and suggested I wait until she confirms with the other parent. It frustrated me that rather than owning up to her mistakes, she found excuses for her behavior. Jeni is very responsive to my concerns, but I am very weary of my son being left alone with this teacher. If I feel my son was starving, I consider that a safety issue."

"I'm so happy I choose ChildTime in Blue Ash. All of the staff I've interacted with have been warm, helpful, and passionate about their work. I feel like my child's teachers genuinely respect and care for him--they work hard to help him learn and develop while providing him with a fun and safe environment. They are also great at communicating with the parents so I always know what is happening with my child. Getting updates throughout the day via the app not only reassures me while I am away from my child, but it allows me to share in some of the fun and joy of his day at school."

"The infant teachers are amazing! I love the lower ratio in the classroom. I know my baby is getting care for by the updates I receive daily on the Brightwheel app. I not only know when my baby eats and sleeps but I also get pictures and videos of her. As well as detail activity updates so I know she is learning. I highly recommend Childtime! "

"At first, this center seems great, fun and safe due to the camera's and three star quality rated. But after a while you actually get the displeasure of it all. The highlights about this center is that they are good with security. The teachers ask questions if they don't recognize a face. There were a few incidents, but for the most part; they see who walks in and most of the time someone is at the desk. The food program is good, the kids eat their veggies, and the monthly menu is appropriate. It always smells nice from the kitchen and lobby is always neat. This center seems to always have a life threating sickness. In the last 6months there has been 2 cases of scarlett fever, the flu virus, 3 cases of step throat, anmonia, pin worms, ringworm. In multiple rooms, because of kids constantly being moved in different rooms throughout the day; due to lack of staff and constantly being over ratio. Parents aren't informed until a least five to six kids could be out in one room. Which is an complete inconvenience as a parent. The teachers talk to each other majority of the time, without acknowledging the kids or parents that walk inside of the building that pay them to be there. The lack of communication between teacher and parent is ridiculous. The center doesn't send home a daily sheet and barely update the daily activity app. Teachers are always siting down when ever my husband or I have walked into a room. The center always looks neat, with barely any toys out in the classrooms. There is always an lack of staff. Changes are made in staff and classrooms without sending a letter nor email to parents. As soon as they hire a teacher they quit and it's stressful for the children, and you can tell it's affecting their educational time. There is an extreme lack of diversity at the center, teacher and students. There have been parents that have compliant on racism in the center and teachers treating children in inappropriate ways from a teacher Ms.Linda; That most of the multiple race children no longer attend. The center needs more stucture and constancy before they get sued or go out of business. How this center has three star's is extremely questionable. This center is one star quality rated at best."

"Jenny, Megan in infant 2, and Lenena are awesome! We were very happy with our daughter's teachers and would recommend Childtime to friends. We just couldn't afford it anymore and we were concerned that she was getting sick frequently. She got pink eye 3 times within 6 months. We thought there were a lot of teachers in and out of the classroom to balance staffing, which made getting timely communication difficult. It also meant that our daughter switched rooms throughout the day and exposed her to more illness. However, every concern we addressed with the director and teachers was handled promptly and sincerely. We are thankful she was able to have safe and caring teachers. It was still a very positive experience."
