"I was nervous about starting childcare during covid, but the director gave me confidence based on the health and safety protocols in place. It was a great decison! My children love attending. The activities are creative, engaging, and educational while being fun for the children. I receive pictures and text updates so I always feel informed about what my little ones are up to. Drop off and pick up are a breeze. My children talk about their teachers at home, so I know they are being positively impacted by the teachers and they enjoy their day at Childtime."

"I find the staff and teachers to be extremely nice and responsive if I've ever had a question. I think there are some really excellent teachers in the school, but they seem to be in the youngest classroom (to be fair I have not had much if any interaction with the older teachers). I think that the director cares about the school and the kids, but it feels just like a daycare, and not very educational. Pretty much every word that Clara says is something that we taught her at home. The biggest issue is lack of communication. I just don't know how she spends her time and she's there around 40 hours a week. I also wish that there was more outside play. One of the teachers told me that they couldn't go outside because the play area was too muddy. I certainly appreciate the care they have taken of Clara up until now and I would whole-heatedly recommend the program to someone with an infant. But I worry that we're not doing enough to stimulate her during the many hours she is there. Again, this could just be a lack of communication and perhaps the environment is very enriching and I'm just not aware of it. I would also love to get more information about how Clara compares to her peers, and if she is developing at an appropriate rate. I do feel that Clara is safe there and at the end of the day that is ultimately the most important thing, so thank you for that."
