"The Childtime location in Arnold was amazing. The director, Melissa, did a wonderful job running the facility and knowing who the children and who the parents were. The newborn/infant teachers were great, especially, Liz, who cared for our daughter and son eventually. In addition, the teachers in the toddler room, Christina and Cassie, cared and nurtured both children. We moved away and but our eldest made it to the 2's where Taryn and Ms LaDonna showed our daughter really great things and helped develop her personality, skills and helped figure her out what she liked to do (e.g., color and sing Frozen songs) while our son was still a baby. It was very sad to leave such a wonderful place because our kids loved their teachers and the teachers cared. I think this is the best decision we ever made for our kids."

"Communication with the front office could be better. If I don’t speak directly to director no one gets back to me about my questions. Also the front office doesn’t communicate with the teachers with pre-scheduled absences. Pet peeve of mine, but I am constantly seeing little ones with dried snot coming out of there nose. If a kid is sick and the teachers don’t ask the parent to keep that child home the least they can do is wipe their snot when needed."

"I have been extremely happy with my experience at Childtime Arnold. We've had several different teachers in our time there and each one of them has been amazing to work with. I can tell there is a genuine care of both of my children. Sometimes I ask what may seem like a silly question and no one has ever made me feel stupid or that my question wasn't valued (both directors and teachers alike). My concerns are always addressed timely and answered fully. In identifying an issue recently with my daughter, her teacher took time to explain things I can do at home with her to help. I can't explain what that meant to me. I can see my children learning and growing. I absolutely love the Brightwheel app. I get updates on what they did that day and that is what we talk about at dinner. I feel very connected to my children even when I can't be with them. I have recommended Childtime Arnold to a couple people and will continue to do so. I appreciate and respect the work the directors and teachers do!"
