"We moved our kids to Childtime in Arnold, MO during the pandemic when times were stressful and there were a lot of unknowns. Due to COVID precautions, we were not able to take a full tour of the facility and did drop offs and pickups from the front door. It was difficult to not be able to walk our children to their classrooms or meet their teachers in person. The director and assistant direction took time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and provided us with as much information as they could. Utilizing the app and the video viewing also helped tremendously. We have since been able to enter the facility, see the classrooms and meet the teachers. Our overall experience with Childtime has been wonderful and we are very happy with the decision we made to move our children there."

There was a shift in hours and nothing was said. Now we are losing the ability to bring her in earlier - an ability we didn't know was an option again."

"Overall our expectations have been met and our experience excellent. While there is always room for improvement, we don’t have any suggestions currently. This is partly because of the current protocol. The reduction in teacher interaction (we haven’t been introduced to either of our kids teachers formerly) is a big reason that we have answered the some of the questions the way we did. One specific thing we would like to bring up is the hours of operation. Currently this county does not have restrictions and do not understand why the hours have been completely restored even though we are expected to pay full price. It was mentioned that if it was needed then our children could attend a sister school. We turned this down because we interviewed said school prior to our current attendance and were not satisfied with its surroundings, area, or facility. Above that it would require our children to lose their current friends and teachers. This is not an adequate solution and is disappointing for the inconvenience."

"Overall, very impressed with how my child is progressing. I wish the food was a bit better for him nutritionally, but he loves it there. I do think it’s a bit costly, especially since the part time Cost is the same as full time, unless your child doesn’t attend at all in a week. That’s kind of steep. Other than that, we are very satisfied."

"The teachers that care for my children are truly amazing. They always have my children’s best interest in mind. My kids have learned so much being here - my one year old can count to 10 and sing her ABCs and my three year old has improved in her speech development so much. The teachers always communicate with me about their days, always giving me positives even if my kiddo had a hard day. I recommend this school to everyone I know."

"I love Childtime! There are times when I feel that my sons teachers shouldn’t have the problems they have with him in regards to listening and talking back. Some teachers handle it, some seem like they just don’t want to deal with it or like they don’t want to scold him. Also the school can’t do time outs which is our most effective way to curb that behavior and that is something that bugs me. After problems at school and home we took him to a child psychiatrist to get some input. Dr agreed he is a wonderful kid most of the time, and also agreed time outs would be best for this and how to effectively take away attention to curb a problem behavior. So it is kind of a let down that I cannot keep this consistent because of the schools policies. Sometimes children need a moment away from everyone to gather themselves."
