"Overall I’m satisfied. Thank you for the keypad entry and safety precautions. The staff is kind and seems happy to see my child. My two concerns overall: I wish this location supplied a real time video feed for parents, and two, the outside appearance of the strip mall in which our location is situated is terrible. I do not think this is on child time as much as the property manager for the strip mall. The Child time banner sign on the awning is faded and has been ripped by a windstorm. The awnings over all storefronts are faded. It does childtime a disservice because inside is clean. It would be nice if the landlord updated the awnings and signs. I was pleasantly surprised when I first toured that the inside is not like the outside :-)"

However, we often feel that our questions and concerns are not valued by the staff and that our children are just on a conveyor belt. We'd love more child-focused attention, better communication on the social-emotional development of our children and their daily activities, and more/different outdoor space. It is also disheartening that there is such high teacher turnover and that the wages of the teachers are so low. It's very unclear where all of our tuition goes!"
