"Overall, poor. There is not a culture of communication and feedback to ensure my child's growth and development. It is a one size fits all model for infants at all stages. Teachers do not make accommodations based on current research and/or pediatrician recommendations. Teachers do not have consistent training to ensure effectiveness of infant care practices. Cleanliness practices have been in question at this center due to the spread of a stomach virus and upper respiratory virus transmitted throughout the center. Teachers are unprofessional in communication and are very verbally combative. My infant has been subjected to unsafe practices not aligned to preventive and protective care. The turnover rate for teachers at this center is high preventing the ability to build trusting relationships with teachers. Teachers are not consistent in app communication and limited communication to only diapering and naps and failed to communicate any curricular milestones or benchmarks."

The staff are helpful and friendly, the teachers have consistently been nurturing and good models of education, and the company has strived to improve the user experience. If our facility can get this COVID-19 exposure under control, we are very excited to put another child into the Childtime come this summer."
"Great experience. The teachers really are amazing. So caring. And I am in awe of how much my daughter is learning. I kept her home for 6 months this year, due to Covid. I worked with her. She grew a lot. But in the time she’s been back at school, her skills, vocabulary, her social skills, have all just increased exponentially. It is clear to me they are working so hard with the kids. My daughter wakes up every day asking if it’s time to go to school. And that is how I know I made the right choice selecting Childtime."

"Overall I am very happy. I was very happy to see my child make new friends after we moved and I can tell that he enjoys going to school. I am also happy to have a place so close to home. My son is dropped off in the morning by his mom and I know there is a shift change before I pick him up so sometimes I feel like I am not getting a complete picture of how his day goes. I am happy that he gets story time but a photo of a book cover isn't something I find very useful, I'd much rather have a short video showing me his interaction."

It has just been very unfortunate that over the years, the Director's behavior and disrespect for the staff/teachers has driven away not only very competent employees, but also pushed parents to move their children (and my child's friends) to other establishments."
