"I purchased a $70.00 USD power supply from CPU Medics. Due to pandemic times and the challenges that Covid19 presented to all of us, I couldn't get in time to replace my old non-working Dell power supply for the one I purchased from CPU Medics within their warranty limits.
When I finally got to swapping the parts, I was very disappointed that the "new" power supply didn't even come close to working properly, it simply didn't power up, period. The old power supply still powers up but the CPU emits a code related to a faulty power supply. The one I bought from CPU Medics didn't even do that. Completely useless.
So I call the company to explain to them my situation, and of course, they hid behind their "30-day" warranty policy. I couldn't even convince them to take the power supply back for their review, they weren't even able to do that for me. I paid them $70 dollars and they sent me a refurbished non-working power supply, and of course, they don't want to take them back because they already know that what they sell is garbage. Total scam.
The rabbit hole goes deeper with this company. I thought for a second a negative Google review was going to be my best bet to get a little even with them. I searched them on Google... and to my surprise, they are not listed with them... I wonder why??? The address that they provide on their website appears to be a PO Box in Florida... but no physical address for the company.... shady.

"My HP Laptop would not boot up due to a defective hard drive. I purchased a refurbished hard drive from CPU Medics. I installed the hard drive and installed Windows 2010 from a flash drive I created from my desktop PC. It booted up the first time I tried. I was really happy with CPU Medics."
