Marty informed me that a replacement would be shipped... It arrived in an envelope that looked like the postal service fed it to their dog first. So refreshing to have a company with a customer service department that not only respond but doesn't treat paying customers as the enemy."
"Although the product took longer than excepted, Clark Toys was great at keeping me informed about when my Saga Funko Pop!s would ship. When my package finally arrived the boxes that the Pop!s come in were destroyed. It looked as if someone had deliberately beat the **** out of the boxes. "PreOrdered royals pop on Dec 17 ‘17 releasing mid February. Never got them and never got a call. After finding time to call got a hold of Tonya. Tonya was very unapologetic and said that it’s due to the manufacture not sending the full order... i then stated “if your aware of an issue shouldn’t you let your customers be aware?”
She then stated again it’s due to the manufacture if you would like I can cancel your order?”
Fast forward 2 weeks i still nothing and no calls?? I called and got tonya again and she said I can cancel your order???? I said no I want what I ordered when am I gonna get it. She said in a few weeks. I then said is a few weeks 2-3 weeks or 6 months what’s a few weeks??? She said I’m not sure but I can cancel your order if you don’t want to wait? I said no I want my order I just want to know when I’m getting it. Can you call me and keep me posted she said she would call me in a week....
Fast forward one week no call nothing. I called and got good ole tonya and she sounded like for a while she completely forgot our conversation. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said she was the supervisor....and I questioned that????
Basically look somewhere else for what your wanting because with this company they just want your money and I might have missed out on obtaining the items I originally ordered as what I was wanting was a preorder and I see they are sold out now. Clarktoys you **** if you keep tonya employed! "
"I am an avid collector and purchase 99% of my items thru Clark Toys. Every so often, there may be a wrong item sent or something arrives a little damaged....and let me say this, I deal with Marty in customer service and he's awesome! Not only did he respond back to my email within minutes, I also had a replacement sent to me within 2 days. On top of the mix up, I was also told that I could donate the wrong item to a charity of my choice. Customer service does not get any better than this.....Clark Toys is by far the best company to deal with!"
"The piece I ordered arrived broken the first time. I was shipping a resin item so of course that is a possibility. I emailed them to let them know and the replacement arrived 2 days later. For having a hiccup it was overall a really smooth transaction. I would order from them again."

"I was having somewhat of a problem with tracking a package so I called Clark toys directly. I spoke to a young lady named Martha who was very patient with my frustrations, she called the vendor personally and found my item, and even called me the date I was supposed to receive my item to make sure they arrived. Professional, courtesy, and well knowledge about the items. She has made me a lifetime customer! Thanks"

"They charged me for a cancelled order once and without authorization for the previous one (even though I had checked 'charge credit card during shipment' option). They refunded my money in USD afterwards but I lost around 20 CAD because of exchange rates. For some reason, they don't respond to their e-mails. Besides this, they are extremely incompetent is in sending orders on time and stock management. Many items they show 'in stock' on their store aren't actually in stock so either you have to wait for couple of months or deal with cancellation issues all the time."
