"Pre Ordered 4 Baseball Figures and the order was fulfilled on time, however I was only shipped 2 of the figures I ordered. Sent an email to sales and it was corrected almost immediately. Got the other 2 figures I ordered just a couple of days after that. Would order again!!"
"I pre-ordered the Aladdin Funko Pop set way back in early November. It was supposed to be shipped in December, but then it was pushed to January, then February, etc. I still have no idea if or when they will ship it. I contacted them in late January to politely ask if they knew when I'd be receiving my order and nobody bothered to respond. A few weeks later, I brought this issue up on their Facebook page and they just deleted my comment almost instantly. On their customer service page, they make it clear that they won't let you cancel your order and they preemptively deny any responsibility for late shipments. So they can just keep your money as long as they want until they eventually decide on their own terms that they won't fulfill your order. At that point, they will finally give you a refund. This is just a terribly unfriendly, unprofessional business model. "
"I pre-ordered the 5 piece Funko Pop Queen set on 11-25-18 which was to be a late Christmas gift with delivery in late Dec. I now realize this was just a ploy to garner as many pre-sales as they could. The date changed to mid-Jan., then Feb., and finally Mar. I received this info after I called them several times, they never sent a single up-date or E-mail. The lady who answered the toll free number was extremely rude - I cancelled my order and received a refund. This was my first and will be my only order with Clark Toys."
"I ordered something in September that was suppose to be here in November for Xmas and have yet to get it. It is now March. When I call, they give me a manufacturing excuse trying to blame the manufacturer yet many other places are receiving the product with no issue. What is really questionable is that Clark Toys are still advertising pre-orders for the product even though they've been unable to fulfill it for at least the last 6 months. Do not use them for anything pre-order. The fulfillment date will just keep getting pushed back while they give you frivolous excuses yet they already charged you for the product. "
"I ordered a set of Queen Funko Pops on November 30th, as a Christmas present for my daughter. I was not notified until after my payment was processed that delivery "may" be after Christmas. I will say that, when there was a problem with a discount at the time of order, that was promptly fixed. However, it's now February and I still haven't received my order. My emails and phone messages are going unanswered. When I did manage to reach someone by phone, the first time I was told that they couldn't ship orders out due to the polar vortex. The second time, I was told that, because of the polar vortex, everything had been sent back to the warehouse in Wisconsin and would be delayed at least a month. I was offered a refund, but the items I ordered are not replaceable for that price anywhere. I am very frustrated. The most recent shipping date I was given is February 28th. We'll see."

"There is quite a lot to choose from on the website, though I did click on some brands and there was nothing actually there (maybe they were sold out but at least they could make it a bit clearer). Still good quality though and nice packaging."
