"i have ordered from them for about a year but i put an order in in aug 2010 and the cigarettes did not taste the same as they usually do, they tasted almost stale and burned my throat. the date on the bottom of the cigarettes was from May 2010. i contacted them but they cannot do anything for me if the quality is off on the cigarettes. i just couldn't smoke them, neither could my brother who smokes anything. i usually buy alot at one time and keep them in the freezer so i bought 12 cartons and am out 260.00. will not buy from again. i suggest purchasing the minimum amount of cartons, just incase."

"I have been ordering cigarette from cigoutlet.net for about 6 months now. I have to admit that I was pretty leary of purchasing cigarette from overseas. Scams are so easy to come by nowadays but I thought I would give it a try because let's face it, ALL cigarettes are SPENDY here in the US. Cory likes Marlboro. For 119 bucks I can get 4 cartons of Reds. That's amazing. It can take up to a month to get here so you gotta pre-plan but it is so worth it. If I bought them here, well, I could buy a new car and make a monthly payment that would equal to one pack a day! Crazy! Regardless, I would rather he STOP SMOKING but hey, you can't have it all right? :)
We also had an experience of receiving someone else's order only we didn't know about it. Their customer service emailed me and asked if I had received the incorrect cigarettes. I emailed back telling them I didn't know. They said they would ship out the right order, plus a free carton, if we got the wrong ones. Sure enough, we did. I emailed them, they sent the right ones, and I got them within 10 days. It could have been less but I don't remember. Great customer service!!!"

"These people are great. I've been a cigoutlet customer for several years now, and have always been very happy with their service and prices, as well as the quality of the smokes. In December of 2009 the USPS lost my shipment: it was tracked into Kennedy in NYC, but had disappeared for several weeks after. Cigoutlet shipped a replacement for the lost smokes, free of charge to me. The missing shipment showed up several weeks later, but I was very impressed at cigoutlet's willingness to replace the order without charge, even though the loss was due to someone else's error (the USPS, who is immune from responsibility for lost shipments do to "sovereign immunity").

"I am ordering cigarettes from Cigoutlet for over two years now. Almost %90 of the time the orders arrive in about two weeks. Once, my order did not arrive after 60 days. I contacted customer support and they reshipped my order without a hassle. At the same time they tracked the lost order and it was found and I received the lost order as well. Cigoutlet provided me with instructions on how to pay for reshipped order.
The only complain that I have is that the price was raised from $22/carton including shipping cost to almost $30/carton including the shipping since 2 years ago.
Overall I am very satisfied with Cigoutlet products and services. Keep up with great service.
