"I love Children's Courtyard! I have always known that if I ended up in Plano that this is exactly where I would want my son to attend Pre-K. "I enjoyed my tour! I especially enjoyed meeting his prospective teacher, who seems absolutely wonderful and educated in her field. All the teachers and staff seemed cohesive in their routines for the morning. My guide made me feel comfortable asking all my questions and if she didn't have a sure answer, she provided someone who did. The diversity is great here! I always believe child care should be an extension of the parents, and I definitely feel that here."

"I absolutely dreaded having to call the call center just to get some initial pricing. All I wanted to know what the price for a 2 yr old and he had to go through the whole application process. then he asked if my child is potty trained because the price varies. I said she would be by the time I enroll and he said the price is $238 and went into explaining the whole preschool program, yada, yada, yada. then I asked the price for non potty trained just out of curiosity and it was the exact same. I told him he wasted my time if there was no price difference. all I wanted was the price so I can decide if I want to continue to pursue this school as an option. then I asked about the employer discounts and he didn't even know and said I had to wait for my tour to ask someone. I am a very busy mom and my free time is limited so I need to be able to call and ask my question and keep it moving. I just think the call center is too scripted and refused to adjust the flow of the call to cater it to my specific needs. it was like talking to a robot, not a person who was interested in making sure my child received the best quality child care."

"My son Beau and I toured with Ms. Breanna and she was extremely genuine. I had also spoken with Ms. Megan over the phone who would be Beau's teacher. She was great to speak with. I was hesitant about putting Beau in a daycare because I've had bad experiences with them and several friends who are teachers / day care providers who warn against them. We currently have Beau at an at-home daycare and LOVE it! He is a part of their family! It was hard to think of us leaving that! However, I was pleasantly surprised with Ms. Breanna and Ms. Megan and the atmosphere of the daycare as well as the safety procedures taken to protect the children and the ability to log in via cameras to check on Beau. My husband is leaving with the Army and it will be great to have him be able to check on Beau when he has down time as well while away. Overall, we were very pleased with the school, the experience of the tour, the honesty in responses to questions asked and the genuine attitude that Ms. Breanna expressed in hoping that Beau would be a part of their school."
