"My child has been going here for a few years. I am impressed with the amount of information my child has learned and developed overtime. I have an open relationship with the teachers and staff and feel comfortable talking about any of my concerns and I am confident we are able to reach a mutual understanding. However, this school like many other daycare providers are a profit center. I feel like they add additional activities and services, not for the enrichment of the child, but to have a profitable P&L statement for the month. I think the director should focus on the growth and development of each individual child vs how much money she can make off of each kid then the value of this school will improve. Also the school is in dire need of cosmetic upgrades for paint, floors, furniture, toys, books and playground equipment. If I new the extra money was going to those items, then I would be more willing to spend a little extra. but the school Is starting to look old and outdated."
"Another teacher decided to leave this school. This year alone, at least three teachers leaving this facility. It was rare to receive resignation notification from director at Louisville CCY at Edmond lane where both of my children used to attend. My concern is, there is only one so far I know that works there close to 10 years at Plano CCY. Directer at Plano CCY has a good clear communication regarding the goal providing a safe environment for children. but I am concerned the fact teachers are leaving every two or three month."
"I have my son at this daycare since he was 11months. He has learnt to eat by himself and sleep by himself, which I feel would have been difficult for me to teach had I kept him home (because of working parent). School does lot of Art Activities and this has helped cultivate a good inclination towards art and craft in my child. The school also runs Spanish class which has encouraged my son to learn the new language and he loves it. School does a great job in decorating the facility and class rooms per the season and festival which keeps the class environment vibrant and happening. Having spent 2years with this daycare, I definitely feel my son is in save place and in good hands. The teachers are caring and try to create interest for different activities in every child depending on how the child responds. The school is also good at providing a 'healthy' choice of food. This was very important to me as a parent. I definitely will recommend this school to other parents."
"My kid studies in pre-school from past 1 year and it has been a great going. Clean and neat classrooms, friendly staff, good teachers, healthy food and lots of learning activities. Mrs. Demi is a wonderful lady, who takes care of kids very well and Mrs. Renuka does an excellent job of teaching the kids . I like the flexibility on the days, time and easy going process with good apps like watch me grow and bright wheel."

"We have had a few bumps along the way, but I have been very pleased with the school since the new director, Angelica, started. The teacher turnover seems to have decreased and the center attitude/vibe seems to be more positive and happy. Brittany and Lauren are amazing teachers that have taught my children more than I could have imagined possible."

"I've had a really good experience at the Plano location. The staff is very nice and easy to talk to when I have questions or concerns. You can tell they work hard to provide fun and educational activities for all the kids. I like CC because of the many convienent services it has: electronic check in, My Precious Status App that gives me daily updates with pictures and a quick way to message the teacher directly, video cameras, and electronic payment options. They have great variety in the menu and it's fun and healthy options that my 2yr old loves to eat. I love how they have activities that get the parents involved like the thanksgiving day lunch or the fall festival. I can honestly see my child graduating from this school in the next couple of years and she will well prepared for kindergarten."
"Angelica was wonderful as were the rest of the staff members we encountered. The school is awesome and I truly want to thank all of them for their time! We let our kids make the choice of the larger day care they are in now or this smaller option and they opted for the former. It is in NO way a reflection of Angelica or the team at that location - they were so welcoming and patient. I requested a 2nd visit the same day and they were extremely happy to welcome us again!
