"There are many things mentioned in this survey that I have not brought to the attention of the school, this is my first experience with daycare, there are many things I like, but also, things that I get irritated by. I think the teacher is nice and hard working. I just wish she didn't get off at 2:30 and is there when I pick my kid up and I wish it were cheaper..I'm a single mother with no assistance from dad..and there should be some sort of reduced fee for single mothers. Maybe a co-op program for volunteer program. Like a 20% reduced tuition in exhange for 20 hours of volunteer work at the school a month."

"Paola is a great teacher and you can see she genuinely cares for the children. The staff, especially in the front are rude and any time I try to communicate with them about an issue with my account or my child, it is blamed on me and never do they take responsibility. I have come to the point of no longer communicating issues, I only talk to my child's immediate teacher for the day about her progress."

"My daughter was about 21 months old when she started and she always stayed home with grand parents. I was so worried about sending her to Daycare. We looked at few places and decided that we want to send her to Children's Courtyard. And we are glad that it is the right decision.The teacher and staff at Children's Courtyard helped us to make the transition process go smoothly.They always showed positive attitude and tried to make her comfortable. Initially, my daughter used to cry. But, now she is getting comfortable. And talks about the teacher and friends when she gets home, which makes us happy.Overall, our experience was really great. Even though, this place is little far from my home, I still want to send my daughter here."
