I watched the cameras and I noticed that my child would follow her teacher around wanting something and she would be ignored. I also would see the teachers talking to one another in thier free time and rarely interacting with the babies. They didn't even want to rock her to sleep in the infant room! They never took steps to transition her to the next class so it was a very frustrating process when she switched because no one worked with her to get her ready. I had numerous conversations with the director and teachers and there were no changes just promises to change with no follow through. At this point she has switched classes and her teachers have worked with her and transitioned her really well and she has learned a lot and they interact with the children so I am happy with things currently."
