"1-10 (10 is best) I am at a 6. We had a very rough start. Made to feel like our child was a major issue. Decisions that were made by staff made me question their intelligence and leadership skills. We have come a long way from where we started, only due to my child requesting stay. I feel like more attention should be paid to children exhibiting early signs of bullying."

"Our overall experience has been good, but it is not as good as our previous daycare. The teacher in our youngest child's classroom has been fantastic. We really like her and we feel she truly cares about our child. The teachers in our older child's classroom are not as warm and our son is frequently having to move to other classrooms based on staffing ratios. We just don't feel the warm feeling we get when we pick up or drop off our child as we do in our younger child's class. We also don't get as much information about what the kids in our 4 year old's class are learning. Activities are posted in the brightwheel app, but there are no details so it's difficult to know which concepts were covered. The academic level is much lower than our previous daycare."
