"I loved this school 100 time more before it got bought by the Children’s courtyard. The children’s courtyard is strictly about money. I only keep my kids here because of the relationships I have with the teachers. I wish we could go back to our old owners."

"It has been negative overall. This is not a positive and encouraging environment. The children do not have the resources in the classroom to get the education they need."

"I think the school has gone downhill since covid started. There are fewer teachers and the exterior and interior of the building could both use a fresh coat of paint. I think my child is safe, he seems happy and the facility is at a convenient location. I just think for the two price increases I’ve paid this year, there have been no additional improvements to show for it. If the price increases were to pay the teachers more, then I’d expect there to be more teachers or at least happier ones. I also worry the food is lacking, I saw the kids have a slice of bread as their breakfast. No butter, no jelly, just bread. I’m sure they don’t care but I do. I want my kid to know the difference between breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. Understand food groups and portions. I’m afraid to speak up at the school because I don’t want my child to be treated differently because I tried to advocate for a better environment. We pay above average for this school so I have higher expectations."

"Overall, this school has been truly excellent, and we've been happy with it. More recently, there has been a LOT of changes in staffing (including the director), which has been a bit concerning. The quality of education is mostly in tact, but this has caused some changes in the experiences of my kids (particularly my youngest, who has changed classes multiple times as a result, which has been difficult for him). My understanding is that these changes were a result of corporate-level changes--extraordinarily frustrating for me as a parent to see this."

As both of them are newly enrolled, I think clear Day 1 direction would have been helpful for our transition. We may have missed out on these communications for having enrolled them much earlier than their respective first days."

"I truly could not ask for a better school for my son. He had a hard time starting out, but Mrs. Jojo and Mrs. Christy, really the entire staff has been so empathetic and patient with him. They’ve completely turned around any behavioral issues he had at all, and he loves going to school. They truly worked with him to work through his anxieties, and he’s doing better than ever! I’m so thankful for the staff at our Children’s Courtyard! I would highly recommend them to anyone."
