"This is literally the only center in my area, I don't have much choice until my child is 3. Staffing must be an issue if the Director is in a classroom every day. Again, the Director does not have a personality that should be interacting with the children on a daily basis."

"The parking lot is a disaster, scary at times.The director is not friendly at all, even guests picking up my child notice she doesn't smile. The teacher rarely greets me first and I always am in the classroom with my child waiting for her before she enters."

"The teachers are engaged and happy and I like all the staff. It seems the teachers could get more support from the company to support their work. Some schools help prepare the curriculum and they get set vacation time and more breaks. I think it is especially important for child care providers to feel important, valued and well respected. The teachers I have met are wonderful and caring, but I think there may be a lack of support or resources to provide them the environment and atmosphere that is supportive of their needs that affects the level care available to the kids at the school."
