"We have enjoyed sending our kids to this school. The teachers are very nice and attentive but they all seem very overwhelmed with many kids to watch - especially in my 5 year old class. It would be nice to have more teacher help so that they can truly oversee the educational curriculum vs. just babysitting. Other than maybe a nice makeover needed for the school as it looks old and a bit dirty, we are happy with our kids being here and being well cared for! Thank you."
"The teachers have been welcoming and professional. I have no concerns about leaving my child with any of them. The child to adult ratio is good and the toys provided are great. My son is in a good mood at drop off and pick up. I would have appreciated more info on teacher certifications and general policies up front, but I’ve been able to ask questions as I have them"
"Miss Kathy is an angel!! Just love all the fun things she comes up with. She’s so helpful and gives great advice and is so kind and thoughtful!! We are SO lucky to have her!! Miss Lexi is also sweet and caring and gives great updates! Jen is seriously the nicest person ever and I count as someone I can ask anything. Charee is so wonderful she told us to stand strong the first two weeks when we were crying at drop off and that we were doing a great job and I’ll always appreciate her for that. Seriously we are so lucky!!"

"Generally speaking the teachers and staff have been friendly and engaging, and seem to know my children. The amount of communication to parents seems to be lacking. I don’t really have any idea what my preschooler is working on during the day or what skills are being developed outside of what my child tells me. I have some mild concerns about how infant classroom manages diaper rash and changes, as my infant frequently comes home with diaper rash and it doesn’t seem that the provided diaper cream is being used regularly."

"The moment we walked in for our tour we felt such a warm welcome and sense of belonging. The admin staff is friendly and never make you feel like a bother even though i'm a mom with lost of questions. They fast tracked my kid to get in sooner than later because of circumstances with his current provider and am forever grateful for that. My son loves his experience and haven't seen him this happy in a long time. I love that his teachers know who he is in a group of kids and know what is important for our family. It's clean and welcoming."
"We ended up at The Children's Courtyard because our daycare closed. We absolutely loved our previous location and were heartbroken when it shutdown - we were also nervous to find a new location. I'm so glad that we found this place! I'm pretty sure my son loves his classroom teacher more than me, the communication from the staff is excellent and friendly/professional, my son has learned so, so much and the staff seems genuinely excited and invested in seeing my son at school everyday. Paired with the fantastic rate, finding this school really feels like we stumbled upon a diamond in the middle of Frederick and we are eternally grateful to send our son there daily."
"Upon arrival in the mornings the staff is overall welcoming and treat my children kindly. I feel like there should be more structured activities in the classrooms. I rarely see art or projects come home with my children. Also, the billing system you have is awful. We are constantly being overcharged with late fees when our payments are taken out automatically. We are the ones finding these errors so if we didn't pay close attention we would be spending more weekly."
"Pur children have been attending the school for many years. The teachers and staff have always been welcoming and very caring for the kids. They love going to school and the center has been a place of stability for the kids during more uncertain or difficult times."
"In general the school has been accommodating and the director is available. The staff is nice and most are professional. Our previous experiences have been mixed depending on the classroom/teachers. This summer it seems like everyone is on break and it feels like a loosely monitored daycare instead of an education center."
