"I'm very happy with Children's Courtyard. The place is clean and very conducive to learning for children. The curriculum is just right for my son. He enjoys learning and loves his teachers and classmates. He's become more independent with their support throughout the year. He already knows his letter sounds and has just turned 5 yo, among other things. He is returning for Jr. K in the fall."

"Overall positive experience. Very clean environment. There has been some confusion on specific issues that were problematic, but the staff took our concerns into account and came back with answers, and usually preventative measures for the future."

"It was good, then bad, then good again, then not so good, then good, then not good again and now it’s good again. So, we’ve had our issues but I think the good outweigh the bad"

"Overall, its been wonderful. A few slips with some questionable characters but we've stayed through 4 directors and we're excited to see the leadership of Ms Angelina. We are hopeful that we continue to focus on nurture, patience and love in the classroom."

"I love this school! The infant B and C classes have been great. My son is becoming more independent and secure. They genuinely care about his well-being. He’s happy and safe while in there care so I do not need to worry about him. If I have questions, they’re quickly addressed."

"It's expensive, but the teachers really love and care for my daughter and that's more important to me than the cost"

"We couldn't speak more highly of CCY. Our daughter has flourished there! She is far advanced compared to kids her age that do not attend. The staff and teachers are loving, nurturing, and friendly. We will keep our children for the long term."

"The Children's Courtyard in Flower Mound is a great place to send my children. All of the teachers and staff are very kind and caring. I have the utmost faith that my children are well cared for while my husband and I work. My children have a great time playing and learning. I highly recommend this daycare."

"Previous management was more engaged and at least appeared to care. When I brought up my concerns with potty training to the preschool age manager she waived me off and didnt care (she doesn't ever care to discuss issues) and the same happened with the director until I shared a picture of a urine soaked shirt with one of the staff. Then the situation was handled but the director did not communicate anything to me or have a real conversation with me. I asked about it and she ended the conversation as quickly as possible. I've since seen some improvement but the teachers are lazy and don't want to care for my sons potty training needs. They want him to be able to do it himself without helping him learn."

"Brittany Breyel, Caitlin Schule (I know she is no longer working there), Andrea and Danielle Coldwell have always been friendly, genuinely caring and consistent. All of the teachers seem to be doing a great job, but it always feels like these ladies really have a passion and love for kids that makes me feel very comfortable as a parent and that my daughter is in great hands. Crystal at the front desk is always very nice, communicative and accommodating with my check-ins and any questions/concerns I’ve had. I am slightly disappointed with that the lack of direct communication to me on the biting incident last week but I mentioned it to Crystal today and asked that I am communicated to next time, so I’m hopeful this won’t be a recurring issue in the future."

"We came to this daycare after moving to flower mound from Dallas. We loved our previous daycare because while the facilities may not have been as nice, the teachers and staff were so incredibly loving with our kids. In fact, when we left, their teachers actually cried thinking of how much they will miss our child. I do NOT get the feeling of love from Ms. Marina, if we took our kid out tomorrow I don't think she would really care or blink an eye. That is what I miss the most from our other daycare, the love and PASSION for the job. I also feel Marina simply goes through the motions and does not seem motivated at all in her work. I would gladly go to a different daycare even if the facilities were not as nice, so long as the teachers were passionate and loving. These are the most important things to us."
