"Poor. I don't like the infants been combined in one room, then separated into 3-4 rooms, them recombined. It just makes it easier to spread germs. This was a huge issue when someone dropped off their sick kid and got 8 other kids sick with hand foot and mouth. Had the kid not been shuffles into so many rooms, fewer kids would have been infected. The school should have also done a better job at sending kids home with fevers. One parent specifically, knowingly dropped their sick kid off on several occasions."

"Good.the precious status app is a very good thought and the teacher is very prompt in making updates for my kid. The camera is a very good idea in your daycare. It gives parents a great confidence and a secure feeling to see their kids what they are doing and how they are performing. And the timings are great to have the facility open from morning 6:30 to evening 6:30."

"It's okay. I'm adjusting to how things are done. The transition is new to us and we fell the person in place is sufficient for their health and safety. I definitely don't see an above and beyond attitude for the school. Maybe it's because staff is adjusting to a new infant room being built but it seems like that the extra room is more than the school itself can handle. I see directors and office staff in the infant room helping to feed and work with the infants. I don't know if that is a regular thing but it does make me wonder why there isn't enough actual staff to meet the feeding/sleeping demands of the new room. That said, my children are safe and they are being feed so I can't complain much."

If there was a consistent drop off/pick up/lunch coverage for each room that would be wonderful. The mistakes that have happened with my child have been when her teacher was on break or they were moving her into a different room and the teacher wasn't familiar with her. A better handoff tool would be effective instead of a piece of paper in a binder. Most are too busy with the other children than to look in a binder for everything they need to know. I would also appreciate clear communication from the leadership. Usually when I ask a question they seem confused and tell me to ask the teacher who then tells me to ask the management. The teachers seem to be engaged and interested in getting to know the child and families the management does not. I am greeted everyday with the same phrase and minimal eye contact as they seem to busy to really say hello. I think more opportunities for the parents to get involved in the school would help bridge this gap.It would also help me get to know the other parents of the children in my child's class. More personable relationships helps create a more comfortable and trustworthy environment. If there is going to be a change in my child's care make that very clear and discuss it with me. I really hate finding things out after they have already happened. This includes the hiring of new teachers or when teachers are leaving. I didn't even know when my child's teacher's last was until someone mentioned it to my husband. Then come to find out one of her assistants was also leaving the same day so I didn't get a chance to thank them for caring for my child."
