"We have had such a great experience in the 3 or so months that we have been with CCY. Everyone has been so friendly and sweet! It was a tough transition for my son and for us, which is to be expected, but after a short month he is a different person! He loves his teacher, his friends and he is bringing back more words and just growing so much!"
"I love all the activities and wish I could afford them. Wish there were scholarships for some of the programs."
"We have really enjoyed our child's teachers. They have all been very engaging and caring."
"It is really good. Angelina such a sweet person."
"Overall we’ve had a great experience. The communication has been wonderful and the administration has been extremely responsive and caring. Our only issues has been that a couple of the staff haven’t been extremely warm in handling the children and there has been a couple times our dietary preferences for our child haven’t been communicated to the whole staff. These are minor issues and we’ve really had a great experience. Everyone who works at Children’s Courtyard really seems to care for the kids. They always say hi and everyone knows our child’s name. We’ve been extremely happy with Children’s Courtyard and would definitely recommend it to others."
"Love the school. The director really loves her job and all the kids. She communicates very effectively and is very passionate about ensuring the staff that is hired is well qualified"
"I love this daycare for my son and I hope it continues to thrive."
"under staffing leads to lack of extra curricular opportunities, over-booked rooms and less control. Also, high-potential safety issues are noted but not addressed."
"Michelle and Sarah are outstanding with our infant 8 month old twins. We also are incredibly happy with Angelina and Abby, each of whom are great in communicating with us and supporting the staff in caring for our little ones. Couldn't be happier with the entire staff."
"The communication is great. The teachers really care about the students."
"Absolutely love Childrens Courtyard! My daughter has been here since 3 months old and it was a very easy transition because of her fantastic teachers! Can’t say enough great things about the staff and facilities."
"Overall is adequate. They go above and beyond a few times but it evens out with some issues. I feel like I get what I pay for. I'm able to see the kids for the most part, enjoy the work they bring home, and observe them eat healthy."
"I am so pleased with Childrens' Courtyard and have such a peace of mind with my child attending there. Her teachers have always been so loving and welcoming. The rooms are clean and I've been really impressed with all of the amazing activities as she has gotten older. I also appreciate the miscellaneous parent activities so we can spend some time with our kids there (Mother's Day breakfast, Mom's picnic, Fall festival, etc.) Thank you for all you do to take care of our precious daughter - I know it's not always easy and I'm so appreciative. We especially really love Ms. Gwen."
"Since management change there has been a lot of turnover, we feel there is currently no set curriculum in the room and we wonder why we even paid for u informs because it seems as if no children wear.m them anymore. Every day we talk to our children about what they did and they commonly say “play” we further ask about learning experiences and they seem few and far between. we also feel there’s been a big change in student to teacher ratio and it is overwhelming on the staff"
"All stars: Angelina, Abby, Martha, Gwen, T, Carmen Duds: Marisol, Ashley, pretty much everyone elsePluses: The location is great. The director cares. There are a few really good teachers. The facility is maintained and I feel my child is safe while there. The hours are great. Brightwheel and WatchMeGrow are amazing when used properly.Minuses: Most of the teachers and staff are under qualified, burned out, and over worked. Many of them make no effort to hide that they are unhappy and do not care about the children. A few of them are outright rude. The child/staff ratio is a big problem. The curriculum is lacking in structured learning. The children don’t get enough exercise during the day. For me personally, I would MUCH rather pay more money and have smaller classes and better teachers than have prices stay the same with constant turnover of unqualified overworked teachers."
"Professional and engaging staff. A safe environment. Healthy food."
