"So far so good except one concern. I know it's normal for a child new to school/daycare to get sick, but my daughter and I got the absolute worst cold and tonsillitis ever that lasted 2 weeks. I noticed the teachers do not wash the children's hands before they eat a meal...with their hands. If they are all playing with toys, drooling, putting toys in their mouth, then eating with those same hands, sickness will spread so fast. When I asked the teachers just said they don't wash hands in this classroom but there's a short sink in the classroom."

"I had toured several other daycare facilities and had almost given up home of finding somewhere I felt comfortable leaving my son. I immediately felt welcomed here when I came for a tour, and after the first week I knew this was the right decision. My son has adjusted so well and now when I drop him off, I can tell he loves his teachers and feels at home there. Thank you for everything you all do!"

"I am so glad that we decided to send our daughter here! She loves the fun stuff she gets to do and learn and I love how parent friendly they are. As a first time mom, the thought of daycare was terrifying but the teachers and other staff are amazing and I know my baby is in good hands. I get updates throughout the day on what she’s up to, including pictures, plus I can watch her classroom online! It’s a godsend"

"When we first walked in to do out tour the school did not have a lot of staff on duty or kids attending I think it was a holiday. The director was nice, professional and informative with the schools operations, and stages My daughter was coming from a very horrible school and CCY provided a positive start at a new place not much more than what I had been paying I was informed that the children would learn sign language and Spanish and they focused on the needs of the child and progressed with there needs and helped them to learn the best way for each child. Our first day was a littler ruff for her but the teacher was amazing Yvonne is kind and warm she helps the kids transition the best she can and with in a few weeks we noticed a complete improvement our daughter was happy to go in not at the hour that we do but she was fine two seconds after we left the room she was leaning new things and progressing. We then moved to the 1 year old room and started to see troubling behavior and she was not longer thriving and learning all that she was in the other room we addressed this with the director and the issues was solved she is still in the 1yr old room as she is still not 2 but We have two wonderfully thoughtful and kind teachers filling in for the lack of a main teacher they are amazing and my daughter loves them. We are getting close the going into the next room and I find myself worried that she will not receive the same level of all around communication and care that we have been getting but we will see. I will try to be as optimistic as I can but in the short time we have been dropping off in this room I have a few concerns but will take it one day at a time. I know that there are great teachers there so it keeps me hopeful."

"I love the teachers for the most part and the assistant director Brittani. The director needs to learn more communication skills with parents and learn how to take rebuke from parents when she is totally wrong about a child. She also needs to learn how to apologize. Overall we are still pleased but if another incident happens like it did with my 5 year old we are gone."

"I like that there is the watch me grow app and brightwheel. But the school is lacking in curriculum for pre-school. There is no real learning until pre-k but yet parents are told their child can't advance to other classes because they have not met milestones. The kids don't do anything all day but play. I think this is totally bogus and if there were measurable milestones then there needs to be a curriculum and that curriculum needs to be shown to parents on day one. I feel there is poor communication to the parents at times and often last minute. BUT I pay my tuition on time every two week. Also there is a lack of multicultural pictures and activities at this school. I feel that the school is a bit whitewashed. This school could do better in a lot of areas."

"We are very disappointed in this school. If your child is a typically developing child you will probably have a decent experience here. We however have had to fight hard for every transition. This last one was more than we were willing to take and we are leaving the school. If you are considering this school, please ask the director to spell out for you the transition process and how she and her staff handle bullying."

"My 6 yr old daughter has attended since she was 18months old. The staff and teachers are awesome. Her best friend has attended the same location for the same amount of time. They go to different schools but thankfully after school care picks them up and they still get to see each other almost every day. The summer programs are great as well."
