"From the moment we walked into this school it felt warm and inviting, we were shown around by Brittney, who then showed us the toddler room and we saw Ashley and Kacey patting the little ones backs to help them go to sleep. We walked out that day saying this is the place, I feel comfortable with Bethany going here. It is a big deal to trust someone with a child, I wont let half of my family watch her, but when she is at the Children's Courtyard I feel like she is safe and happy."

"older students were not adequately supervised due to under staffing during my older 2 children's enrollment at this school. My kids' suffered theft of school supplies, bullying and multiple broken eye glasses with no explanation as to how that happened or offer to remedy the ability of other students to commit theft. Youngest child has had multiple needs for prescription medication to be administrated at school. Only one of the therapies were ever followed. Youngest child also has severe food allergy that was diagnosed by a doctor and appropriate documentation was provided to the school only to have the school misplaced paperwork, state they never received them and to please pay for additional testing and doctor's visit to have paper work redone. Teachers ignored messaged reminders to avoid food allergy when menu for the day contained allergen. Front desk staffed stated that they would not accomodate my child's health needs regardless of doctor's notes submitted and suggested that I provide my child's own food daily if I was concerned about his health. front desk made suggestion along with the request that I avoid bringing anything that contained nuts as they had other children that had allergies in the class...''. Food I provided was left in the cuby in the classroom at room temperature all day and was not properly stored according to food safety standards. Staff also mysteriously did not keep record of non-electronically submitted payments for tuition for a whole year due to an incident evolving a disagreement with staff in August. Company has yet to remedy either health concerns or financial dependencies 6 months later."
