"I bought the Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaner with a big discount. The vacuum cleaner was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. The problem is that this type of cleaner is only for China, so there is only Chinese text everywhere. The cleaner is only possible to connect to Mijia app in China region, which cause the rest of connected Xiaomi devices in other region will disappear :( (there is no possibility to change the language of the cleaner only on/off, so the cleaner speaks only in Chinese).
I tried to contact service to inform them that they should warn customers about this, and with request for English or Czech manual and for advice how to use devices in my region with this cleaner in China region. It seems to me that they do not understand what I have written and after another explanation the answer is that it should work and they sent me the small unreadable picture from their pages as a manual :(.
So I have very mixed feelings about this shop and I am disappointed about their service communication :("
