"Bought a Xiaomi Mijia Robot Vacuum-Mop 3C on Cafago. When I receive the product and tried to add it to the Xiaomi App it was region locked and could not configured it.
After that I contacted the customer support in order to send it back and until now, more than one week later, I still haven't sent the Vaccum and each time they send an email they request additional information.
First the wanted me to keep the item and refund me 15€ (the vaccuum costed around 200€) due to high cost of return handling
After that they stated that the cost of the return would be on my charge (they don't mention that on their site, but nevertheless I've accepted because the item is unusable in Europe), the packaging needs to be the original, and they only refund after they receive the item (again not vey usual, but ok). If I accept this, they would send me the address (I accepted and requested the address)..... but.....
Again, they've sent another email, without the returning address and requesting photos of the current status of the product.... Only after this, they will send the returning address (I guess, because they keep saying that and I didn't get the address).
So to end, this was my first buy in Cafago, and for certain it will the the last, I've never experienced such a bad customer service..."
