"I searched the Web for prices for Whirlpool Replacement HEPA filters. In the past, I bought them directly from Whirlpool for about $99 each (I need two). I decided to give them a try. I received my order (with free shipping) in 4 days and saved over $70. Not only that, but I inadvertantly put down my wrong zipcode. I emailed the company and received a response that they corrected the problem immediately. I am very pleased with this company and will order from them again."

"I ordered the part, finding this vendor (also known as Marbeck.com) to have the best price. The reviews here weren't great, but decided to give them a chance. I got my part in less than five days and it was well packed. I had no problems and was pleased by the shipment updates via email. I would definitely order from them again!"

"BE CAREFULL!!

When purchased they claim their Electrolux Vacuum's come with "full factory warranty".

Not true per factory. Electrolux will not honor warranty because they are not an Electrolux dealer.

Company does not even respond to emails.

Best to stay away from.

"I bought a refurbished KitchenAid 600 Professional, 575 Watt mixer from BuyItNow64 since they had the best price, reasonable shipping, and they answered an email I sent to them before placing my order, due to their poor rating here on resellerratings.com.

I was willing to risk that the rating was incorrect, and placed my order on February 8th, for the mixer 'of my dreams.' I chose standard shipping, which turns out to be USPS or FedEx, which was slated to take 7-10 days. I resigned myself to getting it two weeks from the day I ordered it, and began to wait.

Much to my pleasant surprise, I received my package on February 16th, exactly as ordered.

I would recommend this seller to anyone, based on my experiences. I ecountered no problems what so ever.

The only things I would recommend to the sellers themselves would be 2-fold. Provide a tracking number for packages and put packages in a non-descript cardboard box, to hide what it actually is.

"After I sent my order to Buyitnow.com and I got the invoice and I saw no contact info, I decided to do a search online to see what other people's experiences were. When I saw the bad ratings I called the 1-800 listed in the LoBoeck's review and I spoke to a guy named John. John said my order for Type H Eureka vacuum bags would either ship today, or Monday, Jan 21, 2008. I’m crossing my fingers that they ship the bags. What is confusing is the address listed in the “Privacy Policy” is basically nonexistent. I did a search in Lexis Nexis public records for 9940 WIDMER RD, but there is absolutely no info. It’s like this address doesn’t even exist. The closest I could come to is 9939 Widmer Rd, and that was for SCHMALBACH-LUBECA PLASTIC CONTAINERS USA, INC. I thought I would try locating Schmalbach’s number and ask them if they would step outside their door and see if they could actually see the physical address of 9940. But I couldn’t find Schmalbach’s ph. No. I decided to focus on Mar-Beck. Here’s some info on Mar-Beck for those of you having trouble. Buy-it-now’s web site says they are “the largest small appliance parts stores….since 1948.” Mar-Beck’s internet site says the same thing. That tells me they are one in the same. So here’s Mar-Beck’s store info. "I foolishly did not check for a phone # before ordering from this store - finally found one by happenstance: 1-***-***-****. Physical address is only listed under "Privacy Policy" on web site, but actual store name is Mar-Beck Appliance parts & Service. Poor communication -entire order cancelled just because one item was no longer avail! Also did not notify me when another subseaquently became N/A. Still waiting to see remainder of purchase price refunded (claimed processed 13 days ago). Bottom line - would not recommend!"

"I purchased a number of home items at very competitive prices and the next day I got an email saying that they shipped via FedEx Ground (as they were supposed to). However, I did not get a tracking number in the email and the Order Status page (via Yahoo Stores) only lists "Tracking: FEDEX Shipment" instead of a tracking number. I consider providing a tracking number as a bare minimum requirement for any ecommerce transaction or web store so I am currently giving them a Poor for Delivery. Supposedly my order has been shipping via FedEx for ~4 days, but I don't really know if it has since I don't have a tracking number and can not independently verify this. For contact/business information they only provide an email address, ****@****, and NO phone number and not even a physical address --this does not meet my expectations so I am given them a Poor for customer service. I am giving them a Not Very Likel to purchase from again rating because of these issues. I am writing their customer sevice asking them to address these issue for me and all there customers. If they address these issues (for me and others) I will try to update my review with the actions they have taken."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM BUYITNOW 64! My experience in March 2004 was not pleasant. I searched the web for a toaster oven and coffee maker and found what I was looking for at Buyitnow. I ultimately ordered a Cuisinart TOB-30BC Classic Toaster Oven for $56.05 and a Black & Decker DCM1300White VersaBrew 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker for $18.05. One product is defective and the other did not have the features advertised. The toaster oven has a beeping alarm that will not turn off and the coffee maker is not programmable. Sadly, there is no way to contact the company. The web site offers only ordering, no mailing address, phone number or email contact for service or help. The invoice with the order is devoid of any contact imformation. The email communication regarding the order was my only communication alternative and all correspondence was ignored.

"Often cheapest price for aftermarket, refurb, and other random small applicance parts, e.g. vaccum cleaner, shavers, coffee makers, etc. Shipping can be poor but generally adequate.

They appear to further discount the prices on the main? site: www.marbeck.com. This is likely due to less customer service or some other kind of cost cutting.
