"I bought a Visio 2013 professional license.
Email delivery took 3 working days (ordered on Friday - Email received on Tuesday evening) .
Then I tried to install the software and experienced the following hitches.
- The DVD image suggested in the Email containing the license did not work on my computer. I had to resort to direct download from the Microsoft site.
- The license was then rejected by the MS online registration system. My heart sank at this point as I thought that I had been the victim of a scam. I sent an Email to the buycheapsoftware.com support team but did not receive any answer. So the next day (15 hours after contacting the buycheapsoftware.com support team) i tried the MS phone registration option and, to my surprise, the MS license was ok'ed. Go figure.
So all in all, this was not the best experience I ever had with online purchases. But still acceptable, given the large discount on the MS license RRP.
