After a week of not receiving our license key, we sent an email. We received on reply and had to call, put on hold and had to leave voice mail. After a day still no reply to my voice mail. After calling the next day they told us that they had computer problems. No communication to their customers. Second, our key codes for RDS did not work. After emailing them, we did not get any response. Emailed the CEO and still not response. Called and talked to Dave and Brent. Brent said that he was going to get with his Microsoft rep and call me back. By noon the next day, called again and they said he was out of the office. Told me no one else could help. We ended up calling Microsoft and got a hold of the license global department and they finally fix this problem. We have been buying from them for 4 years, but never had to contact them for any help. When we finally had to, they were very poor in getting back to you. Very dissatisfied with there customer service. I emailed this information to Brent, but no response from him. "
