"I ordered Friday and I'm not getting it till Tuesday and we'll it's Monday so I haven't received it and hopefully it won't get delayed any longer but they didn't even ship it till today. When I ordered it Friday it said the time frames to order and when it would ship and I was told it would ship Saturday and be here Monday but nope Tuesday now and who knows it might take even longer since they didn't start the shipping process till late in the day or at the earliest very late morning. I paid like 50ish bucks for shipping and overnite but it's a joke I feel ripped off for sure! I'll say this the prices are good as far as I can tell so that's a plus but other than that I have a bad taste in my mouth for this company! "

"Ordered steering box, received and installed. Test drive showed the part was defective. Called BAP, explained the problem, they shipped another steering box with an additional deposit. Received 2nd steering box, mechanic installed and took for long test drive. Review has been delayed till I did a 120 mile test drive. Steering is stiffer but steering RV was more manageable. There's no adjustment to straighten steering wheel so it is slightly off center. Received both deposits back. Talking with BAP on both orders gave me great customer service. Happy to have RV back on road."
