"I would not order from BuyRiteAppliances.com again. I had shopped around for the lowest price on the dishwasher I wanted, and BuyRiteAppliances was the lowest. I placed my order on 2/17/12 and received a confirmation email immediately afterward. The next day, I received an email with the following:

This item is currently out of stock and has been by the manufacturer , your order has been canceled, nothing has been charged to your account. Sorry for the inconvenience Thank you,"
At first, I was frustrated that it was out of stock - Why list it on your website as avaiable then? And why not call me and see if I want to wait for it to come back in stock? But then it got weirder. Later on the 18th (day after purchasing), I decided to go back to the BuyRiteAppliances website and see if the dishwasher was still listed as in-stock (I was curious if they had just run out, or if it had been out of stock the whole time and they still listed it as available on the site). Well, the item was still listed as available, BUT the price was jacked up about $50! It gave me an option to reorder the item, but of course, now the price was $50 more than it was the previous day! So all I could think was that BuyRiteAppliances realized the price they sold it to me at was too low, and told me it was out of stock, then raised the price so they wouldn't lose money on the deal. What the heck? Admittedly, I didn't try to contact them and reorder -- maybe they would have given it to me at the lower price if I'd been a big enough pain about it. I just didn't havethe energy, nor did I feel comfortable with the service BuyRiteAppliances would provide. I decided to pay a slightly higher price and get it from someplace else that I felt confident in. Will not try BuyRiteAppliances again."

"After deciding on Electrolux ICON pro range I compared prices on over a dozen local/online stores. BuyRite Appliances was $600 less then the next best price. They have free shipping but I didn't want to wait the 5-7 weeks for delivery so I chose to pay to have it delivered sooner. They reduced the shipping cost from $200 to $100 and I got the range in 1-1/2 weeks. The only problem was with the shipping company, AM Home Delivery (not BuyRite). They scheduled the delivery between 3-5pm so I had my old range removed that afternoon and had the installer there at 5pm ready to install it, but they didn't show up until 9pm, long after the installer left. Overall, I'm very happy with my ordering experience with BuyRite."
"I have ordered several appliances online recently through various sites and they have all gone smoothly until I ordered from BuyRiteAppliances.com. I ordered a gas range on Jan 3rd, 2012 and it is now March 19th, 2012 and it has still not been shipped. After I originally ordered the stove I found it odd that my credit card had not been charged and that the order number they gave me did work when I tried tracking it on their website. So I called them after 2 weeks of waiting and it was then, that they decided to inform me that the stove was on backorder from the manufacturer. The said they it could be 4 to 6 weeks before they got it in. So i decided to wait and call back 6 weeks later. When I called back they informed me that it had just arrived and was in stock and now they would process my order. They also informed me that it would now take another 10-21 days for the shipping company to pick it up from them and once the shipping company picks it up it could be another month before it gets delivered. So here I am 76 days from the date I ordered the stove and it has still not shipped, and for all I know it could be another 2 months before I receive my item if it ever comes at all. If you are considering buying from BuyRiteAppliances.com I highly suggest you look elsewhere. It seems other people have had similar experiences and I am beginning to wonder if this site is just a big scam. If you do decide to buy from them do NOT rely on their "Free Shipping" when comparing their price to other competitors because they must think that if you select "Free Shipping" they just don't have to send you anything at all. Just to add one more nail to their coffin, their customer service is terrible. "

"I found the double wall oven I was looking for on Buyriteappliances.com for a lot less than what I found less appealing models for at the big box stores. I was skeptical about purchasing a big appliance online, but decided to jump in and try it. It arrived in perfect brand new condition, exactly as described online and without any damages or problems. The order was shipped sooner than expected and I will definitely be back when we redo our kitchen soon. We saved a few hundred dollars even with the shipping fees.
