"Ordered a cooktop on the 3rd and today is the 10th. Two days after order was placed status was changed to back ordered. Tried calling but they never answer the phone. Left a message and did not receive a call back. Send two emails and have not received any response. Since card has not been charged the credit card company can not help. So we are left with an order stuck in limbo that may or may not ever ship and can't even purchase somewhere else until this company responds to numerous contacts."

"LG Refrigerator unit was competitively priced, shipped quickly, but arrived damaged with dents on right side. Shippers assured me that significant discount would be offered and I should accept shipment with note of damage. Both delivery guys and I took pictures and noted damage on delivery receipt. Buy Rite, however, offered a ridiculous 5% discount at first for a high-end $2100 unit. Then increased their offer, but still too low. Now they have become unresponsive and I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company, who has issued a temporary credit.

finally agreed to a $450 credit, and took almost a week to issue the credit after they said they would. And asked me to adjust my review. Would not buy another appliance from them."

"I ordered a new stove last week, and was contacted this week by customer service, asking me to confirm my shipping information. At that point I was told that they expected to fulfill my order in 6 to 8 weeks. When I gasped in dismay, I was told that they offered expedited shipping and for an extra $199.00 they would ship it out this week. At that price, they no longer were competitive. Since it felt like a bait and switch move, I cancelled the order. I won't continue doing business with this company.

Buyers beware, hopefully this was a one time goof, but I absolutely wouldn't recommend doing business with BuyRite. I ordered the same appliance online, and the other company was able to deliver it for free (dropshipped from GE) in under a week. "

"Horrible experience with BuyRite Appliances. Placed order for a GE Microwave on 4/21/13. Quickly received a phone call to confirm my order and to verify shipping for the "in-stock item." However, they then tried to up-sell me on useless services. Wanted an extra couple hundred bucks to "carry the box inside my house and unpack." I obviously declined....it's only a microwave! They then told me it was on back order and would be 4-6 weeks. I called back several times after 6 weeks, and they still refuse to ship, citing "back ordered." However, I did some research, and the unit is NOT back ordered. BuyRite just won't ship because I refuse to pay for useless add on services. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!"
