"After the recently released new iPads came out I decided to purchase an iPad 6 new from Apple. Once a few weeks had passed and I no longer had any need for my previous device I started looking around for how to sell or possibly trade it. I discovered BuyMyPod during an online search for places to sell old devices. During this time, I also found two old iPod nanos in my desk at home that I no longer needed. I was quickly able to receive a quote for each item and once the order was placed I received a label to ship off the devices. After about 6 days from when I was notified that my items had been delivered, I received money directly in my bank account through Zelle. Pretty neat!"
"I had an iPad mini 1 that I no longer used for many years and I started looking on line to sell it. I compared prices on several sites but BuyMyPod offered me the best price $48. It was at least 2 times more than other websites offered me. It was easy to enter all information. Their web site is consumer friendly. In couple minutes I received confirmation email with attachment for FREE shipping label. I mailed my iPad and within couple days it was updated on their website that the iPad was received. 3 days after that Matthew messaged me to alert
me that my iPad was still logged into my iCloud account and if I could please possibly remove it remotely, which I did and it worked luckily. 24 hours later I received my payment directly through Apple Pay. I was very pleased with the price that BuyMyPod offered to me and with the personal customer service. Not a lot of company’s will take time to get in touch with their clients and offer solutions. I will use BuyMyPod next time if I will need to sell any of my tech toys and will recommend them to my friends and relatives. "Was quoted for $270 on 7/27/2018 for items I sent in, but was issued a $158 check on 8/27/2018. Attempted to call the company at 1-***-***-****, but did not get through. I cashed the check anyway on 10/28/2018. The check was returned (bounced) on 11/2/2018. My bank charged me $12.00 for the returned check. I attempted to contract buymypod to get a new check on 11/6/2018, but could not get through, so I left a negative review here. BuyMyPod then got in touch with me and wired the full amount via Zelle.
Because they made it right eventually, I’m somewhat satisfied overall, but still a little dissappointed that it took so long to get my issue resolved. To their credit, they have been in touch with me since and seem to be taking customer satisfaction seriously. I would be willing to work with this company again."

"It took longer for the check to arrive than they said which I was ok with. Once I got the check I deposited it in my account. A few days later my bank notified me their check had bounced and charged me $30 in fees. So now I have no money for the devices I sent in plus $30 in bank fees!
Update:
They contacted me within hours of my reaching out to them explaining the situation and were very sorry for the problem. They promptly paid me through Apple pay so I woud not have to worry about another check and they paid my bank fees plus a little more for the problem. I am confident that this company is legitimate and is not a scam and have no intentions of wronging anyone. They are a small company and may be a bit unequipped to deal with the size of their business in my opinion and are vulnerable to cash issues. For me, just knowing that nothing negative that happened was inentional and being proven that by the quick resolution, made me very relieved."
