"Purchased form them on ebay. We had emergencies with our office and could not return the item in time. ( a label and return process was started in the allowed time, but could not arrange shipping). Contacted again and was told they are not authorized to allow the item to be returned. Basically meaning they have the money and don't want the item back and are unwilling to accommodate. "

"Very unfortunate. Bought a Samsung Frame TV bezel they claimed to have in stock. Would ship out in “2” days. A month later, no shipping, no tracking, no update. I’ve given multiple opportunities for them to earn my business and do what’s right. It’s a scam. If you ordered, file a fraud claim with your card issuer ASAP. Read the reviews. It’s really unfortunate. Even the customer service thread is wrong. I have a month of documentation to prove it."

The only issue I had was actually getting the TV delivered by a local freight company, but that was not the fault of BuyDig. BuyDig escalated the issue to get the TV delivered. Unfortunately poor delivery service is just the par for the course where I live."

"Only thing I can complain about is two parts of my product were broken upon arrival. The pressure washer came sooner than the expected shipping date and works fine. Looks like there was a 1 year warranty included at no cost to me, so in the end I’m sure it will work out with the damaged parts. Box didn’t show damage, so I don’t think it was from shipping. I felt like the parts were kind of shoved in the box to make it fit. Would have had 5 stars if it wasn’t for the damage and the hassle of trying to get parts exchanged. "
