I called to check with customer service and was told that this was a pre-sale and that they were waiting for these to arrive. That WAS NOT listed when I clicked buy or I would never have done it. Certainly didn't take long for them to charge my credit card, which was immediate, even though the unit hadn't shipped. Sounds very shady to me. No one could tell me when the unit would ship, only that "it should arrive in a few days". Your definition of a few days is, I'm sure, different than mine. Who knows when this will arrive? Should I file a claim through PayPal?"
