"This company is unethical in the way it does business. In stock items as indicated at their site are back ordered. They charge your credit card before they ship. They make unauthorized charges to your credit card. I canceled my order before it was shipped and I was notified that my ordered had been cancel. After 9 business days they have not applied a credit to my charge card. An inquiry about when they will give back the funds to my credit card account produced no results. "

"Never, Never, Never order from this company. Ordered an ATI Radeon 64mb DDR video card on 03/27/2002. Site said was in stock, although suspected was not after checking status of my order three days later. Always said checking inventory even though my purchase confirmation said it will be shipped same date of purchase if purchased early in A.M. A week and a half went by and still no change of status and no email with tracking number. Called "ALL" of their departments and no one ever answers. Tried calling for at least three days. Sent emails and never received responses. Finally, I emailed every department on their website 4 times a day and faxed a letter threatening them with fraudulent credit card charge, BBB, and CA State Attorneys office if they did not refund my money. I did this for 5 days straight. They finally got tired of all my correspondence and credited my card for the amount charged on 4/17/2002. Great customer service right? Never order from these rip-off artists. To this date no one has ever called me or sent me an email. Ordered same card from Mwave.com for $10.00 more but less shipping costs. Shipped same day as ordered and received it in 4 days UPS ground. Order from Mwave, it pays off."

"slow to ship, shipped a defective card. I RMA'd it on Jan. 9, 2002 .. i have not yet received my card back, no response to emails or phone calls. I contacted the BBB who also go no response from them in 3 weeks. DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."

"I am disappointed. They are very eager to charge my visa but very sluggish to send the product. There is no responce to any of my phone calls and emails over the last four days. I have a sick feeling that there isn't a soul on the other end. Do not, I repeat, do not do business with this business, unless you like ulcers. There prices may be good but you get what you pay -- there customer service blows!

"Purchased equipment for a new computer system all on 3-28 from 5 different companies. ALL have delivered except this one. this one, even though as of today (4-2-02) is in stock, they still are 'checking inventory', phone calls to ANY department go to hold, then disconnect with a 'thank you for calling' 2 emails were responded to with the same message (canned response) sorry for the delayed will ship friday. they of course have charged my credit card already, 7 days ago. I only rec'd my email response after i began typing this note. In talking with my bank they list these #'s:

all except the fax go to the same ansering system which never is answered.

i apoligise to all those peeps out there saying I shoulda read comments b4 buying... but i wasnt even aware of this website till after i purchased.

if Bunta actually does exist, and ships my purchase i will post a new reply. but until then, i am S.O.L. and hold tru to NEVER doing business with them again.

"I ordered a GeForce 2 MX 200 PCI card from this company and its been downhill from there. The card didn't work for one. Then when I requested a RMA and sent it back, its like they dropped off the face of the earth. I can't get them to return email, phone messages or anything. Now, I'm out 75 bucks and I don't have anything to show for it. I would not recommend this site. I have filled a complaint with the BBB and the CA State Attorney but still nothing. If anyone gets a phone number or any info, PLEASE share it. Email me ****@****"

"Bunta seems to be quick. Their website is laid out very well. Especially the inventory system, they make sure you know what they got or how long before they get more. After ordering I now receive a monthly newletter about their deals for the month and they accually are deals. And its only once a month so they don't overwhelm you with advertisements. I would definatly reccomend this company to anyone. "

"We have sent countless emails and left numberous voice mail messages with Bunta trying to obtain information regarding THREE bad motherboards we received. We exchanged one that was bad and it was replaced with another bad one...plus there are two others. We can not get a hold of anyone by phone or email to obtain RMA numbers. Customer service from Bunta is the worst we have ever dealt with, it is APALLING and INEXCUSABLE!"

"Bunta Technologies is possibly the worst place to order online I've ever run across. They're quick to charge your credit card, (and over charge infact - $112 bill for a $93 total due... hmm...) but their customer service is a total disgrace to everything good about shopping online. After 20+ emails I've sent regarding my GF2 Ti I ordered, I've recieved no word what so ever. I've called 6 times now, and every time "all operators are busy." What, do they have one singular MONKEY answering the phone? DO NOT I repeat DO NOT EVER buy from Bunta Technologies. I question the validity of more than half of the comments for this business, as it seems there are either COMPLETE horror stories, or total praise thats not even backed up. I think this company honestly is a fraudulent business... a total scam.

Do yourself a favor and buy from newegg instead... Bunta Tech is AWFUL.

"These guys used to be a great company. They have done an about face over time it seems. You can no longer call this company. Yes, they list and 800 number and it connects to a phone system, but no matter what option you choose you will never speak with anyone. I urder you to try it before you buy from them. All you will do is wait on hold for a couple minutes and then be disconnected.

I ordered from them on a Sunday. All the items I bought were listed as in stock. My credit card was billed immediately. Nothing happened on Monday. On Tuesday my order was listed as backordered so I emailed them to cancel the order. They replied Wednesday morning that they could not cancel it because it had shipped and tracking numbers would be available shortly. Shortly after that the order status was changed to "Order Approved" which means it's ready to ship. After a day in that state (no tracking number) I emailed them Thursday to get the stats. I emailed them again on Friday saying I wanted tracking numbers or the order cancelled. I got a responce on Monday that said the the motherboard shipment was delayed and they have not shipped my order yet. They made no mention of cancelling the order. It's obvious that these guys are doing whatever it takes to keep orders in the queue. They don't answer phones because people can cancel then. This is a shady company now.

I'm sure some people are ordering and getting parts, but that's because they are in stock. If that's not the case or you need to otherwise talk to someone you are in big trouble with these guys.

It's a real shame... this used to be a great place.

"i ordered an abit kt7a motherboard from them last jun and it had to be sent back in jan for an rma, well 2 months later i still have no word form them as to why i havent recieved it yet and i cant get ahold of anyone on the phone and have left numerous messages but noone ever returns my calls so i emailed them serveral times and dont get any response there either, at this point i am doubtful i will ever see a replacment, i highly discourage anyone from buying from them."
